Krishivan Research Centre aims to deliver impactful and community-focused training programs. While we are committed to quality and consistency, we maintain the following refund and cancellation policies to ensure transparency.

1. Training Registration Fees
All training and workshop registration fees are strictly non-refundable. Once you register for any course or program, the fee is considered a confirmation of your seat and administrative processing begins immediately.

2. Program Participation and Refunds
No refunds shall be provided under the following circumstances:

• If the participant voluntarily withdraws after registration

• If the participant fails to attend or drops out

• If the training or classes have already commenced, regardless of attendance

3. Refund Eligibility
Refunds will only be issued in the rare event that:

• The program or course is fully cancelled by Krishivan due to organizational or operational reasons

• In such cases, you must send a formal refund request via email to info@krishivan.org within 7 days of cancellation notice

4. Final Decision Authority
All refund decisions, including exceptions (if any), lie solely at the discretion of Krishivan Research Centre’s administration. We reserve the right to deny or accept refund claims based on internal assessment.

5. Product Refunds (If Applicable)
If Krishivan sells any physical product (e.g., mushroom spawn, herbal kits):

• Refunds will only be considered if the product is defective or damaged upon delivery

• Claims must be made within 48 hours of receiving the product with photographic evidence

• All shipping costs for return/exchange must be borne by the customer

6. Cancellation by Participant
If a participant wishes to cancel their registration, they must notify Krishivan in writing. However, no refunds will be issued unless the class has not started and Krishivan grants an exception under its discretion.

7. Cancellation by Krishivan
In the event Krishivan cancels or reschedules a training session, affected participants may choose to:

• Attend the rescheduled session

• Request a full refund (if not attending the new date)
