On-Field Exposure
This module connects trainees with grassroots NGOs working on agriculture, environment, tribal development, and women empowerment. Trainees immerse themselves in the day-to-day functioning of organizations that are addressing real-world challenges at the village level.
Project Participation
Trainees are assigned to ongoing rural programs where they assist with organizing health camps, conducting awareness drives, delivering training to SHGs, or promoting climate-resilient farming practices. They also participate in report writing, documentation, and community mobilization.
Real-Life Impact Learning
The module focuses on experiential learning where trainees engage directly with beneficiaries, interact with panchayat members, and observe how field-level implementation aligns with policy. These experiences build empathy, rural insight, and teamwork.
Capacity Building and Workshops
The program includes NGO-hosted sessions on proposal writing, fundraising, social impact metrics, and government collaboration models. Students get firsthand knowledge of how NGOs scale grassroots initiatives with limited resources.
Career Pathways
Participants gain exposure to rural development careers in domains like CSR, environmental consultancy, rural project management, international development agencies, and social entrepreneurship. It also helps them build networks for future collaborations or employment.
